The Canadian Mental Health Association’s Living Life To The Full (55+) program supports those who are caregivers for a family member or friend. Many times older caregivers can feel isolated as their lives revolve around those they care for.
This program aims to give participants a sense of community, creating an environment of openness and trust. Using Cognitive Behaviour therapy the program focuses on understanding how thoughts, feelings, and behaviours work together to impact well-being.
In October of 2018, our firm developed a strategy encompassing video and print to share the progress of this program with both governmental partners and other stakeholders.
